College Partnerships Streamline Your Student’s Next Step and Improve Affordability

Franciscan Advantage Program
A unique partnership with Franciscan University of Steubenville and the Chesterton Schools Network was formed in 2022, creating the Franciscan Advantage program which allows junior and senior Chesterton students to earn up to 29 college credits through Franciscan University.
Students earn credit by taking courses at their high school that are aligned with Franciscan University’s curriculum and passing college-level exams. These courses are taught in the student’s own classrooms by their high school teachers.
The program is extremely affordable at $100/credit. Earned credits are applied to Franciscan University or are transferrable to other colleges or universities.

An FUS issued ID card and access to Franciscan’s unique Franciscan Life Online
An automatic $200/year scholarship for Chesterton Academy graduates who attend Franciscan University
